How subscription cancellation and refunds are handled on Farq.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains active until the end of the current paid cycle.
2. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
3. Refund Cases
Refund requests are reviewed case by case for technical failure, duplicate charge, or unauthorized payment reports, subject to verification.
4. Request Window
For faster handling, submit refund requests within 7 days of the related transaction.
